Kaneka, imec Develop High-Efficiency Heterojunction Silicon Solar Cells with Copper Electroplating

At the 21st International Photovoltaic Science and Engineering Conference, held Nov. 28-Dec. 2 in Fukuoka, Japan, Kaneka and imec presented silver-free heterojunction silicon solar cells.
